Conditions of Credit

  1. The customer agrees to pay for all deliveries within the approved credit term commencing on the date of receipt of goods. Should the amount due not be paid within the approved credit term, LSI reserves the right to charge monthly interest of 3% on the overdue account.
  2. The customer agrees to issue a Post Dated Check (PDC) upon delivery of stocks. Failure to issue a PDC at the time of delivery, gives LSI the discretion not to deliver the stocks or pull-out the goods.
  3. Any request to extend, replace, or re-date a check beyond the approved credit term shall be subject to LSI's Extended Check Policy. Extended checks must be replaced within three (3) days from the date of delivery. Failure to replace the extended check within the prescribed period shall result in the non-processing of new Purchase Orders (P.O.), unless otherwise approved by the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  4. The customer agrees to pay in cash within 24 hours of notice, in case the check issued to LSI was dishonored by the bank. The credit terms previously agreed upon may also be lowered down or cancelled by LSI.
  5. The customer takes the full accountability to the goods upon delivery or receipt.
  6. All disputes of any nature must be brought to the attention of LUCKY SE7EN INC. (LSI) within a period of seven (7) days after the receiving date. The customer/retailer agrees that after this period, no disputes will be entertained.
  7. The credit facilities may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of LSI.
  8. The customer/retailer undertakes to immediately notify LSI of any change in the address of business or residence and of any change in the bank account used in LSI related transactions.

Data Privacy Agreement

LUCKY SE7EN INC (the "Company") endeavors to protect the right to data privacy of its clients, business partners, and employees in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 also known as the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other relevant laws of the Philippines. This Data Privacy Statement summarizes how we collect, use, and share information for the purpose of invoice transactions and all related activities.

Collection

The following personal data may be collected by the Company:

  • Personal details such as name, birthdate, address, contact details;
  • Financial information such as business, bank details, credit history, suppliers references, tax identification number;
  • Other information as may be requested.

Use

Personal data collected may be used for the purpose of client identification, verification, credit assessment, credit investigation, credit documentation, legal demands, security, maintaining accuracy of "Know Your Customer" and information, and information as may be shared with government agencies or offices mandated by law.

Confidentiality

Personal data shall remain strictly confidential. It may only be accessed or processed by the Company's authorized personnel who hold such information under strict confidentiality.

Data Protection

Reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures are strictly implemented for the protection of personal data collected. The security measures shall aim to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data and are intended for the protection of personal data against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, and disclosure as well as against any other unlawful processing.

Data Retention

Personal data shall be retained for a period as specified by the law and after which, all hard and soft copies of personal data shall be disposed and destroyed, through secured means.

Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects have the following rights: right to be informed; right to object; right to access; right to rectify or correct erroneous data; right to erase or block; right to secure data portability; right to indemnified for damages; and right to file a complaint.

The Company's decisions to provide access, consider requests for correction or erasure, and address objection to process personal data as it appears in the official records, are always subject to the DPA, its IRR and applicable and relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
